PART 1 - Important Things

1.1 - Basics Important Things
All points below can be seen on your page player, along with the skills.

1.1.1 - Confidence
The Confidence has several stages. The most important are: Regular, High, Very High and Exaggerated. The player must always go into the game with confidence high or very high. If in Regular or Exaggerated you should ask Interaction in Forum Team. Only the player can see if your confidence is Exaggerated. In other stages, all players see.

1.1.2 - Fitness
The Fitness is very important. You lose fitness when playing or training and will recover it "training fitness." I will provide more details on Training, below.

1.1.3 - Moral
The moral should always be at 100%. It falls after poor results, but if your relations are good, then it back to 100%.

1.1.4 - Adaptability
Adaptability is just below 100% when the player will play in another country that is not where he was born. Every day in this country, the player wins 1%. With interactions can also be improved. Maximum of 100 days in the country, as will all 100%.

1.1.5 - Experience
The experience really influences the performance of the player. How more you play, more experience points you earn. The growth is slow. Participate in international competitions or matches of the national teams will help greatly in this growth.

1.2 - Important Relationship
All relationships are maintained using the "Interaction Points." The player earns points every day since train "Socialize" at the end of the day.

1.2.1 - Family
With 1% of the interaction points of the day the relationship with the family will always be 100%.

1.2.2 - Players
If you have added a player as friend, it is in that page that you define the amount of points you will put in friendship with you. If you have friends 100%, the interaction of these players will be much more effective than others.
To add a player as a friend, go on his page and click on "Friend / Enemy Options”, then sending the friend request.

1.2.3 - Girlfriends
This is only needed when a relationship with a girl is getting. It is not important.

1.2.4 - Interactions
The interactions are very important in the game because the FS is a collective game. To interact with a player, enter into his page, and in the right menu you will see "Interact with Player." There, you can use Normal Interactions and Interactions Special. Each interaction has a cost of interaction points, then let some always saved.

1.3 - Forum Team
Clicking Community> Forums, the first Forum on the Menu on the right side is the "Team Forum". Just click it and the forum will open up showing all topics. Join!

1.4 - Player Positions
Although everybody had chosen a position in registration process, this need not be its position in the game. You only get to play in another position and soon it changes automatically. So it is better to know how each position in the FS is.

1.4.1 - Goalkeeper
In FS, the goalkeeper has only 5 skills to training, then your training is slower. Of course that is a very important position for the sector's defensive team.

1.4.2 - Defender
Defender still a rare position in the FS. Most players prefer to score goals. And it's true. In FS, hardly a defender makes goals or assists. It happens, but it is very difficult. The fact that there are few defenders in comparison to other positions, makes them the most valuable players.

1.4.3 – Lateral (I don’t know what is this position name in english)
“Lateral Sides” are even rarer than defenders, but it is important to say one thing: Forget everything you know about the “Lateral” of real football. In FS, the “lateral” is only a defender who work on the sides of the field. Are not used to attack.

1.4.4 - Defensive Midfielder
Important in the defense team, very little help on the offensive.

1.4.5 - Central Midfielder
It does everything. Attack, defend, and usually the player who most runs in the field. Usually is the key to the team. The organizer of the moves.

1.4.6 – Offensive Midfielder
It's almost an attacker. Always scores goals. Important part in the offensive.

1.4.7 - Winger
The wings are the most important position in the game, in my opinion. They give 75% of the assists that result in goals. And with a good combination of skills, can still score goals.

1.4.8 - Foward
The killer. He is there to score goals and that's what he does.

1.4.9 – Side Forward (I don’t know what is this position name in english)
The “Ponta” (portuguese) is the wing that also makes goals. He enters in the 75% of assists.

1.5 - Training

1.5.1 - Types of Training
There are only two types of training. Individual and with Team. The Team Training is when you are training the same skill as your team. The training team is shown above, when you click on training. The individual training is when you train a different skill of the team's training and should only be done in the latter case, it is not so efficient. Most teams only train one skill all week, maybe two.

1.5.2 - Fitness Training
For each training session held in team, the player loses 2% of Fitness. In a match loses between 5 and 20% depending on various things. The fitness training works like this:
- 1 session = +8% Fitness
- 2 sessions = +8% Fit in the first and 10% of Fit in the second (+18%)
- 3 sessions = +8% Fit in the first, 10% of Fit in the second and 12% of Fit in third (+30%)
This only works with training sessions followed the same day.
If you train 16 hours of Monday and 0h of Tuesday you will earn only 16% (8% + 8%).

1.5.3 - Average Skills / Week
A great player will always be above 10 skills per week at his 22th birthday. A good player will be between 8 and 10 skills. Below that, the player will not have much future in big clubs. Over 22 years, the average will usually fall because the efficiency of training decreases.

1.5.4 - Examples of Training

1.6 - Individual Orders
Individual Orders are guidelines on how the player behaves in the field. You should change it when your coach ask. A very important point is the "Avoid Getting Tired." This should always be marked "No", because if the player enters the field with the "AGT" turned on, he will not gain experience points in this match. Usually the coach will ask you to change their orders, but it can also change them directly, you need only confirm the change.

1.7 - Mental Skills and Talents
The mental skill more important is the consistency. But it should not always be the first to receive points. The skills have effects by itself and also allow the player to unlock some Talent. The Talent extrapolate positively some skills, making difference in the field. It is important analyze all Talents to your player, choose one or two and distribute your points thinking about it. We started to receive more points with bigger ages. In the beginning is very slow.

1.8 – National Teams, Naturalization and Reset
Going to National teams in FS, as well as in real life, is not easy. You must train well, have the right skills and the maximum possible XP, among other things as participation in the forum. With that, it’s increasing the number of naturalizations of players from large communities of FS in countries with less "power". It is not difficult to become naturalized, you just need to get a team that wants to hire you for the period necessary for naturalization. This varies between 2-5 seasons. But the naturalization must be the last option, push himself to play for his country.

A big problem in the U18 and U21 National Teams is that how earlier in the season, the player was "born", more chances his have to be called up. A player of the day 01/13, for example, has much more chance to play at U18 World Cup in Season 15 than one who was born on 50/13 or 90/13. That's why some players choose to reset. Every 01 day each season many players who came during the season decided to reset.

The reset process is simple, but the player needs to be without a club, so if you want to reset, talk to your coach.
